Listings, hours, prices, deals, weather, gas prices and events are provided for general information, and some are sample or estimated figures. Always confirm details with the business or organizer. We are not affiliated with the City of Bakersfield or any listed business unless stated.

Trademarks and photos

Business names and logos belong to their owners. Photos are used under their licenses (Wikimedia Commons and Pexels) or with permission, with credits shown at the bottom of each page. If you believe content infringes your rights, reach us through the claim or support options on any business page and we will review and remove it promptly.

Claiming a listing

Only claim a business you own or are authorized to represent. Each account may submit up to 3 business claims. Submissions are reviewed before checkout, and a listing is marked claimed only after its approved plan is paid. We may remove any claim that appears false.

Paid promotions

The Service Business Plan costs $100 total for 6 months. Category Exclusive costs $600 total for 6 months. Each is a one-time payment plus applicable tax and does not renew automatically. Access ends six months after purchase unless a new term is purchased. Older monthly subscriptions remain governed by the terms shown when purchased until canceled.

User submissions

By submitting photos or text, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to display them on the site.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its information.
